Help Stop New Mexico Corruption (Corrupt People In Charge of CSED)

  Sidonie Squire   Cabinet Secretary

  Stephen M. Klump Acting Director

    William Burke     CSED Supervisor
    Anthony Porter   CSED Attorney

The Child Support Enforcement Program is a state and federal program to collect support from Non-custodial Parents. Its primary mission is to maximize the collection of child support for all New Mexico Children. This is the mission of this department. However the four individuals named above along with caseworkers are turning this department into a web of corruption under the guidance of New Mexico Governor Susana Martinez.   They will send out numerous false letters to employers stating that the respondent owes arrears (back pay), and is not providing health care when in fact they are. This is inappropriate unacceptable behavior that has been reported numerous times to the individuals mentioned above. This department is suppose to collect funds from parents that do not pay child support not destroy the good parents that provide for their children. This is a sinful and shameless act.  It gets worse. When a parent does not owe any arrears  CSED is still reporting them as delinquent.  Then they send false and fraudulent reports to the Department of Treasury and IRS to garnish your wages. For some reason they are trained to lie and they do it without a conscience almost like second nature. Integrity in this department does not exist and egotistical deceitful practices are exercised.  The four people mentioned above Sidone Squier,  Stephen Klump, William Burke, and Anthony Porter define what it means to run a criminal organization.

  1. ‎{You can never solve a problem on the level on which it was created. Albert Einstein.........} Justice disintegrates because good people watch and fail to get involved in a system that is suppose to protect and serve justice with integrity according to Constitutional law. When people behind the criminal and judicial system play by their own rules and laws is when we begin the process which poisons our system. In Las Cruces, New Mexico the justice system has begun to decay.

  2. I have seen first hand how some local attorneys from Las Cruces, New Mexico operate. Mario Esparza and Mario Ortiz are two attorneys you have to be careful with. They will take your money and not put in the work to defend you. Mario Esparza attempted to get a client whom was innocent to plead guilty because he stated it was in his best interest right before the hearing. He kept stating that He had a federal court case to get to. The client told him no I want to go through with the hearing to exonerate myself because he had the proof to prove his case. Mario attempted to tell the Commissioner that his client would be accepting the plea agreement. His client stood up and told the Commissioner Mr. Esparza does not know what he is talking about and he did not agree to anything. Mr. Esparza told the court that he could not work this way and took himself off the case and walked out when the commissioner okayed it. How many people would have done the same? ....2...Mario Ortiz is also famous for telling his clients he has a federal court case to get to. I observed him instructing an older man to do as he said and everything would be okay. The old man was scared and kept telling Mr. Ortiz to stay or get a replacement. Mr. Ortiz told him he had a federal court case to get to and he would be fine. Needless to say Hearing Officer John Trujillo assured the man he would be okay. NOT! Hearing Officer John Trujillo and CSED attorney Charles Stull had their way with him leaving the old man in tears. This is not what good lawyers do.

  4. @Sandra-D- Governor Susana Martinez talks tough about corruption but it's nothing but a puff of smoke. Judges all over New Mexico are getting investigated and exposed for corrupt practices and many are not being prosecuted but allowed to retired gracefully. That is corruption! The tax payers are rewarding a dirty judge who should go to prison. In New Mexico if you have connections not much happens when you break the law. If you want an example look up Magistrate Judge Olivia Garcia. Look at all she did and the N.M Judicial Standards Commission allows her to retire. Why doesn't DA Amy Orlando prosecute. It's the buddy system. REMEMBER this Governor Susana Martinez appoints most of the people on the Judicial Standards commission. If Governor Martinez wants to end corruption it has to begin with her own dirty practices.
